AI Products & MVPs
From idea to first paying users.
You have a sharp idea and a window to validate it. We build the first version end-to-end — product, infra, payments, onboarding — in a few weeks, not a few quarters. The goal isn’t a prototype; it’s something you can charge for on day one.

What you get
Product shaping
We sit with the idea for a week before writing code. Cut scope hard, name the one thing the MVP must prove, and write the launch page first. Most of the value is in what we agree NOT to build.
End-to-end build
Next.js front-end, Postgres + Drizzle for data, Stripe for billing, Better Auth for accounts, your model of choice on the AI layer. Deployed to Vercel or Fly with CI, logging, and error tracking from day one.
Onboarding & feedback
Magic-link signups, welcome emails, a basic admin view, and an analytics layer (PostHog) wired before launch. You can watch real users hit edges in week one instead of guessing at month three.
Handoff path
You own the repo and accounts. We document the architecture and the next-step backlog. You can take it in-house, keep us as a retainer, or hand it to another team without a black-box rebuild.
Tools we use
- Next.jsApp Router, Server Actions, RSC — the stack we know cold
- Drizzle + Postgrestyped migrations and real SQL when you need it
- Stripesubscriptions, metered billing, and invoicing out of the box
- Better Authmagic links, OAuth, and sessions without vendor lock-in
- Vercel / Flydeploys we trust on a Friday afternoon
- PostHogproduct analytics and feature flags from launch day
Why work with us
We’ve shipped MVPs that became real businesses and MVPs that the founders killed in a month — both are wins if you learn fast. Our bias is toward fewer features, real billing, and shipping in front of users early. Typical first launch: 4–6 weeks.
