AI Automations
Workflows that run themselves.
We design, build, and operate the boring infrastructure that ends up running 30–70% of your team’s repetitive work. Slack threads, CRM updates, billing reconciliation, email triage, inventory sync — the work that drains hours and no one wants to do.

What you get
Workflow design
We map the process end-to-end before writing code. Where does the work start? Where does it fail today? Where’s the right automation boundary — full automation, human-in-the-loop, or scheduled batch? You get a written plan you can review before we ship anything.
Model + tool wiring
OpenAI or Anthropic for the LLM layer. n8n, Make, or Zapier for orchestration — or custom code in Temporal/Postgres if the workflow needs it. We pick the tool that fits the problem, not the one we’re selling. You own the accounts and the code.
Integration
Slack, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), email (Gmail, Outlook), databases, internal tools, webhooks. We’ve done the messy plumbing before — auth flows, rate limits, retries, edge cases. The integration is the project; we treat it that way.
Ops handoff
Monitoring, alerting, retry logic, and a written runbook. Clear ownership for who fixes what when something breaks. Optional monthly retainer if you want us to keep operating it after launch.
Tools we use
- n8nself-hostable workflow orchestration for production-grade automations
- Make & Zapierfast iteration when low-code is the right call
- OpenAIGPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini for production LLM calls
- AnthropicClaude Sonnet for long-context and high-accuracy tasks
- Temporaldurable workflows for anything that can’t lose state
- Postgresstate, audit logs, and queue-like patterns when needed
Why work with us
Most automation projects fail because nobody owns them after launch. We scope, ship, and operate. You get a working workflow plus a maintenance plan, not a pitch deck. Median kickoff to first production deploy: 8 days.
